Pieces of Me

This book of poetry is the result of finding my voice after over ten years of suffocation. Sometimes sad, sometimes reflective, sometimes empowering. Pieces of Me is a life in poetry and streams of consciousness. A mind trying to piece itself together. A past trying to connect with the present. Pieces of Me chronicles many journeys of one life, scrambled together to create a mess of words. Places. People. Events. Feelings. These are the pieces of me. Maybe, somewhere in here, you'll find a piece of you too.

For those who survived & those who didn't
A lot of research went into the creation of this book.
A lot of memory and personal experience went into it.
It’s a subject I have been passionate about for a long time but one that I find incredibly difficult to fully confront.
The scars of such psychological abuse stays with you for years, maybe forever.

Did You Ever Hear About The Girl Who Was Frozen In Time?

Here follows the puzzle pieces of the girl who was time locked and the maze she took to escape…
[A Secret Summer] "What an engaging thriller! I was hooked from the beginning until the very end and had trouble putting it down because I was dying to know what happened! Who killed Annie Pierce? The big question of the novel that the reader never stops wondering as they follow Imogen's investigation. I didn't see the plot twist coming, and I was delighted by the surprise of it. Most of all, though, I was struck by how much of my own high school experience this novel dug up for me. My circle of friends was nothing like Imogen's, and I never attended any parties or had any mysteries happen like what happen during A Secret Summer, but Rachel Louise Finn perfectly grasps the balance between nostalgia for those younger, more naive days and the alarming reality of what those years as a teenager truly meant. A Secret Summer is a fantastic, gripping summer thriller that didn't disappoint for a single second!"
[A Secret Summer] "Really really enjoyed this book! Very suspenseful from beginning to end. I really didn’t see the twist at the end coming at all, which was great. Definitely recommend if you’re a fan of the murder mystery/suspense genre!"

[The Heart of the Elf King] "What a sweet wonderful book! No bad words, no sex. Just a sweet, love story. If you're looking for a low stress book without any other woman drama, this is it. Very cute."
